We adopted Festival at Work initiative to the current situation where employees are working
remote, away from their teams, their daily routine.
Festival at Work Corona Days meets employees when they are physically isolated at home, helps them feel supported by the community, by the company. Being a part of a large community fuels them when they are uncertain.
By empowering employees to expose talents that were not yet discovered and to self-initiate a cultural event – we motivate them to give back, support each other, effectively collaborate, appreciate one another, gain new skills, make new friendships, promote self- initiated targets, while simply having fun together during these uncertainty times.
